Collision Plate Type Supersonic Jet Mill  Model SPK

Up to double the production capacity of conventional machines.



Principle

  • Supersonic vortex airflow pulverize particles to collide with the center of the collision plate for pulverization.
  • Coarse powder is circulated back to the grinding section.

Features

  • Special grinding nozzle (SPIKEJET) reduces the spread of supersonic airflow and enables grinding in the center of the collision plate.
  • Vertical grinding method reduces bias and enables efficient pulverization by uniformly impacting the collision plate.
  • Up to double its production capacity of our conventional machines.
  • High impact force and high pulverization efficiency enable to grind materials that were previously impossible to grind.
  • Cooled type (optional) enables grinding of low-melting-point materials.
