Filter with a Air Flow Dispersion Mechanism

Principle

• The secondary air completely disperses material powder.
• The screen collects the coarse particles, while it passes the fine particles, so that they are separated.
• The particles attached to the screen are shaked off by the reverse air jet.

Features

• Performs high efficiency classification as introduction of the secondary air has improved the degree of particle dispersion.
• No fine particles mix into the coarse particles.
• No choking due to the special backwash mechanism.
• Performs a wide range of classification by exchanging the screen (some dozens of μm to a few μm).
