Principle

  • Pulverization by particle-to-particle collisions in supersonic swirling flows with theoretical flow velocities greater than Mach 2.5.
  • The return hole mechanism (NPK original) actively causes the re-accelerated coarse particles to collide with each other, thereby increasing the grinding efficiency.
  • The classifier mechanism in the grinding chamber ensures that only the ground product below a certain particle size ins discharged from the jet mill together with the air.
  • The N TYPE is equipped with an upper classifying chamber so that the classified coarse grains are fed into the grinding chamber through a special nozzle and repeatedly ground.
