Dispersion Separator  Model UFC

Dual Classification System

Principle

  • Supply material powder with a high speed air flow in a higher dispersed condition.
  • The high speed vortex flow classifies the coarse particles in the 1st separate zone, and classifies the fine particles in the secondary separate zone with a high speed air flow in a completely dispersed condition.
  • The coarse particles and the fine particles are collected immediately without mixing up.

Features

  • By using compressed air to accelerate the particles high dispersing powder enables high dispersion of raw material agglomerates.
  • The swirling air flow is not disturbed by allowing the material to flow into the separate zone from a number of different point.
  • Highly accurate classification through multiple classification in multi-stage separate zones.
  • Classification point can be set as required (2-20μm) .
  • No moving parts, making anti-abrasion and anti-adhesion measures easy, and highly effective on very sticky raw materials.
  • Simple Structure for easy maintenance checkup and parts replacement.
