LABO Dispersion Separator  Model MDS-3

Serves for your experimental trial and error of the classification theme

Principle

  • Disperses the particles by the vortex flow in the upper dispersion zone.
  • Evenly supplies the particles from the ring shaped slit into the classification zone.
  • The secondary air, provided from the guide vane, forms a high-speed vortex flow.
  • High precision separation of the coarse particles and the fine particles is enabled by the vortex flow.

Features

  • Easy to scale up as mechanism and structure are equivalent to model DSF/DXF.
  • The best choice for producing small quantities of wide range of sample.
  • Compact, easy cleaning and maintenance.
  • All equipment is configured within a single unit mount.
